Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount, depending on your region. You can find the exact shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds on the product page.
No code is required — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s laws and import regulations. A remote area surcharge may apply to certain locations in some countries. This fee will appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Even if your order qualifies for free shipping, the remote area surcharge will still apply.
Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not possible. We aim to process all orders placed in 4 working days.
However, during busy periods, please allow 5–8 business days for processing.

Please note that post offices only hold packages for a limited time — typically around two weeks, though this may vary by country.
If the package is not collected within the given time, it may be returned to sender or destroyed by the carrier.
Tour&Tate cannot be held responsible for uncollected packages, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Some products are shipped from different warehouses, which may result in separate delivery times.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. This will also be stated on the checkout page.
In that case, you’ll receive separate email updates for each item as soon as it has been dispatched — so you can easily track every part of your order.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may take a little longer due to high order volumes.
We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
