Returns & Exchanges
Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund.
You have 30 days from the date of order to:
- Create your exchange or return here, or, if you are a registered user, by logging in your Tour&Tate account.
- Take your return to your nearest drop off point.
- Send your purchase back to us.

Returns typically process in 7–14 business days after the package is received.
If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, when arranging your return please do not combine items from different shipments.
Return Period
You can return your purchase within 30 days after the date of order. Please ensure that the return package is sent back to us within these 30 days.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags and the return tag still attached.
Items must be returned to us unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier — but if there is any indication of fraudulent intent, we reserve the right to reject the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it for a refund or choose a gift card with a 15% bonus.
Receiving a refund

Gift Card (+15% Bonus): Receive your refund faster and with 15% extra value! Processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.

Original Payment Method: Refunds via your original payment method are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
We’ll contact you as soon as your return has safely arrived back at our warehouse.
If you’ve sent back multiple items in separate parcels, you’ll receive a confirmation email for each return shipment.
Once your refund has been processed, you’ll get another email from us.
You can choose to receive your refund as Store Credit (with a bonus period of 12 months to use it) or back to your original payment method.
Store Credit remains valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued. After this time, any remaining balance will automatically expire.
If your order was delivered within the EU, your refund will include any sales taxes paid.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or cancelled under EU consumer regulations.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Additional Information

We are not liable for any return packages that become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending your return.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience processing delays.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our distribution center or corporate office.

We reserve the right to delay refunds until the returned items are physically received if there are credible concerns of potential fraud.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (clearly marked on the product page).
Can I Exchange Items?
Of course! You’re welcome to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase any available item(s) on our website.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Tour&Tate reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”;

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
-
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Please note that Tour&Tate is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may apply when returning an order from outside the EU.
The customer is fully responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning their order.
Always make sure to keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has safely arrived at our warehouse.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed returns if no valid proof of shipment or tracking number can be provided.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity based on similar actions.
Non-Tour&Tate items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
