How can I see where my package is located?
Once your package has left our store, you will receive a tracking number by email. This will allow you to track your order.
PostNL and DHL generally delivers orders between 09:00 – 18:00. This is very dependent. Of course, it may happen that an order is delivered earlier or later. These are only indicative times! If you are not at home (or your neighbors) then the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL or DHL location after which you have one week to pick up your package. Of course you will receive a message about this. If you do not succeed in picking up the order at the Post office location, the package will be returned to us.
