Our Customer Care is available from Amsterdam, The Netherlands , Monday through Friday from 09:00 (8:30 a.m.) to 18:30 (6:30 p.m.) and Saturday from 09:00 (9:00 a.m.) to 17:30 (5:30 p.m.) CET/CEST. Outside of these hours, as well as on Europeans holidays, our team is still available, but may respond from our offices in Sydney, London and Beijing, depending on the local time zone.
